Greeley, CO.

The city of Greeley is located approximately 15 miles east of Interstate 25 on Highway 34. Greeley is one of the three cities in the Tri-City area, along with Fort Collins and Loveland. It is about 60 miles north of Denver and 45 miles from Denver International Airport. The property is located in an established neighborhood approximately 1 mile north of Highway 34. The nearby Rocky Mountains provide both winter and summer outdoor activities.

Americap Development Partners (ADP) has acquired approximately 63 acres located in Greeley, CO. ADP, in partnership with Freedom Communities, our home building partner; are currently in our 60 day due diligence phase. The proposed land use is building one and two story homes ranging in size from approximately 1900 to 3300 square feet and priced from $300K to $425K.

The residential community in Greeley and the surrounding area housing market has softened considerably in the last 6 months. ADP will build a unique community that is driven by market conditions that contains an exceptional amenity package to differentiate ourselves in the market. The property has a creek running along the eastern border that separates the community from a regional bike trail. A pedestrian bridge allows the residents of our community to access the bike trail, which runs north to Fort Collins and south to the new water park and recreation center. The property is adjacent to the new Northridge High School and the new Elementary School. In addition, the Boomerang Golf course is located two blocks west of the site.
